By downloading or using Patriot Shield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
2. Informational Purpose
Patriot Shield is an informational tool. Privacy scores and check results reflect a point-in-time snapshot of your device permission states. They are intended to raise awareness and guide action, not to serve as legal, security, or compliance certifications.
3. No Guarantee
We make no warranties, express or implied, that the app's checks are complete, accurate, or sufficient to protect your privacy. Device manufacturers and operating systems may limit the information accessible to third-party apps.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management screen. No refunds are offered for partial periods, consistent with App Store and Google Play policies.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Patriot Shield. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to circumvent its security features.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patriot Shield and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on privacy check results.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with app updates. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
